get the best performance and recovery possible, especially on the match day.

where your fat is distributed over your body to use for body recomposition.
Paediatric Nutrition
Nutrition in the life of your child stretches all the way from pre-conception, throughout pregnancy, the first few
months, developing into a toddler all the way to becoming a healthy teenager.
Knowing what, when and how much to feed a child at any stage can be confusing, but let a dietitian help
you.
Breastfeeding can also be very complex and I have completed two breastfeeding courses to help give you the
best advice that you need for breastfeeding.
Many children are fussy eaters or are faced with food allergies, food intolerances or have certain medical
conditions that need specialised medical nutrition therapy. Let us discuss the diet of your child to make
sure that they are still getting optimal nutrition for growth and health and how to overcome any nutritional
challenges.
